Oome uses 2-factor authentication and no passwords. To access the system you need a valid email address for a user in the system. Oome will email you a one-time code that you need to provide to log in.
The same process applies to borrowers using the Client Portal.
All traffic to Oome is encrypted with industry standard HTTPS connections. All data is encrypted in the database on stand-alone instances.
